Biography
Leslie Arthur Wilcox was born in London. Self taught artist. During World War II Wilcox served in the Royal Navy and was for several years a camouflage officer. Exhibited at ROI, RBA, RI and RSW and at provincial venues. Produced work for industrial firms, British Railways and illustrated maritime publications.
His work is represented in public collections such as the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich and Government House, Jamaica.
