William Mervyn Glass RSA 1885 -1965

William Mervyn Glass was born in Aberdeenshire. Studied at Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen and Royal Scottish Academy Life School in Edinburgh, also in Paris and Italy. Won Maclaine-Watters bronze medal and Chalmers Jervise prize. Painted chiefly in Iona and Scottish Highlands. Exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy and others.
