Biography
Born in London. Most noted for his unsentimental depictions of London shop fronts. Exhibited widely, including the RA, NEAC, RBA, in the provinces and at the Paris Salon, where he won a silver medal in 1952 and a gold two years later. His work is represented in Museum of London, Kensington Central Library, Brighton and Hove Museums, Hastings Museum and Art Gallery and many other public art galleries.
