Biography
Frank Runacres studied at the St. Martin's School of Art, then at Slade School of Fine Art and Royal College of Art under William Rothenstein in 1930-1933 where he was contemporary with Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Edward Bawden, Charles Tunicliffe and Gerald Ososki. He was a visiting teacher at the Hornsey School of Art. Exhibited at Royal Academy, Manchester City Art Gallery, Leicester Galleries and New English Arts Club. Lived in Richmond, Surrey.
