Frank Owen Salisbury 1874-1962

Frank Owen Salisbury was born in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Studied art privately at Heatherley's School of Fine Art, then at the Royal Academy Schools and widely on the continent. Exhibited at the Royal Academy, Fine Art Society and others. Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool holds examples of his work (see Art UK).
