Carlo Rossi was born in Johnstone, Renfrewshire. Studied at the Glasgow School of Art and in Italy. Rossi appeared in a number of mixed shows at Compass Gallery, Glasgow Group, Fine Art Society in Glasgow, RSW. Held many one many shows at Compass Gallery, Strathclyde University.
