Biography

Ann Hewson was born in London. Studied at the South-West Essex Technical College. Attended evening classes at Regent Street Polytechnic School of Art. Married one of her teachers, Clifford Hall. Showed at various London galleries, including a shared exhibition with Nigel Lambourne at Belgrave Gallery in 1976. Solo show at John Denham Gallery in 1985. In 1991 and 1992 showed her work at the Upton Lodge Gallery in Tetbury and at Emscote Lawn. In 1992 19 works were included in the Summer Exhibition at Sally Hunter Fine Art, Motcomb Street, London.
