Andre Beronneau 1896 -1973

Andre Beronneau was born in Bordeaux, France. Specialised in painting harbour scenes of Brittany and the Cote d'Azur. Studied at the Fine Arts Academy of Paris. Beronneau exhibited regularly at all the principal Paris exhibitions and gained many awards and distinctions, the Silver Medal of the Salon d'Hiver and the Fargeon Prize of the Salon des Artistes Francais. Regularly exhibited at Stacey Marks Gallery, Eastbourne.
