Biography
Lowes Dalbiac Luard was an English artist born into a military family. He attended the Slade School of Art in the late 19th Century alongside notable artists, including Augustus John. He moved to Paris and lived there for 30 years, becoming recognised for paintings and drawings of working horses. For more information see Wikipedia
