William Mark Fisher RA 1841 - 1923

Born in Boston, USA. Studied in Paris under Gleyre. In 1872 first exhibited with RA and elected RI in 1881 and RA in 1919. His work is represented in several public collections. Father of painter Margaret Fisher Prout.
