| Biography |
Painter of landscapes. Exhibited from 1886 at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists and other important galleries. He was an Honorary Member of the Old Cheltenham Fine Art Society and an occasional writer on art criticism.
His work is represented in the Panett Gallery, Whitby (‘The Mill at Canterbury’) and Rochdale Art Gallery (‘Walmer’ and ‘Whitstable’).
Lived in Scarborough for many years. |
