| John Buckland Wright was born in Dunedin, New Zealand. During the 1930's Buckland Wright lived and worked in Paris, frequently visiting SWHayter's Atelier 17. Had one man shows in London and throughout the continent. His work is held in Victoria & Albert Museum, British Museum and many galleries and museums in Europe and America. Retrospective exhibition held at Blond Fine Art in 1981. |
