Studied at the Rochdale School of Art under H Barrett Carpenter in 1905-10, then at the Royal College of Art for five years under Gerald Moira. Exhibited in London and provincial galleries. Was the Head of the Swindon Art School for 30 years and President of Swindon Artists' Society. His work is represented in Swindon Museum and Art Gallery. |
