Richard Eurich in 1936

Richard Eurich was born in Bradford, Yorkshire. Studied at the Bradford School of Art in 1920-24 and at the Slade School of Fine Art in 1924-26. Held his first solo show of drawings at Goupil Gallery in 1929. First one man show of paintings at the Redfern Gallery was four years later. Elected RA in 1953. Retrospective exhibition at Bradford Arts Galleries and Museums in 1979-80. Hove Museum of Art and other national and regional collections hold examples of his work. |
